I've lost 50 pounds and use these high-compression t-shirts day and night to help ensure everything settles back in place. They're working perfectly! Follow the size chart! I initially ordered the medium and used it during weight loss. It was very difficult to get on, but once settled, it 'fits like a glove' (literally). If you don't need that much compression, then stick with the mid/upper end of the size chart. I purchased six of these and use them daily now. Highly recommended.
