This waist trainer is so comfortable and supported and fits perfectly and it doesn't make your abdomen hurt when you wear it for a long time and I lost 10 pounds since wearing it for 5 days straight.

I just receive the product and put it on to see how it fits. I'm a little hefty at 6'1" and 345 lbs, so its time to lose some weight. I've had this waist trimmer on for 2 hours and I like that it helps to keep your posture and back straight. I also like the sturdiness and meatiness of this product. So far the waist trimmer seems well built for long term use.

This is a great belt which works really well very sturdy the last three or four belts I had ripped was because of the thin neoprene this one is very good that has two tightening mechanisms. This belt is awesome and I've worn many of these types of belt.

I like this item! I have ordered another item prior to this order and that was too tight! I am 34 and ordered Large. I had used one for about 2 years and can't seems to find it on the site. However, this product makes you sweat even though I am not working out . I usually wear it when I am home and doing household work! It seems working and will recommend it.

Great product I was 51 in waist when I got this just barely fit 7 weeks ago now it's with me all time supports my back and fits with my lifting belt. it's going through my weight loss journey with me. I was rather tight in the beginning but now it works like a charm. Hope this works future buyers.

I am 6'2" and weigh 238 lbs and wear a size 38 trouser. I purchased a size XL. I lift weights three times a week. The waistbelts I used previously simply did not work well; either could not be connected well or would roll. This belt stays firmly in place and provides very good support. High-quality belt. I still find it hard to believe I got this belt for such a reasonable price.

The width of the belt feels great! Nice product and would highly recommend it! UPDATE: Purchased my first belt a little over six months ago and now need to get a LARGE because of weight loss. Now down to 210 and feel great. The belt is very durable and well made. Diet and exercise helped with weight loss but this belt is an asset! Nothing but praise for the quality!

I like this for the support. I've had issues in the past and this eases the pain in the morning. I'm tall & it helps if I I have a task that's requires lower reaching for extended periods of time (doing dishes, chores etc.).

The weight trainer has also helped my breathing-opening up my rib cage while exercising. While doing all of that I am training my core muscles to increase their strength to eventually use my muscles verses the waist trainer. I have recommend the product to others. It offers great support. When I worked out with it (four times) no complaints. No rips or holes. I wore it twice at work. Getting up, sitting down, driving a forklift and manually moving boxes.

This belt is very good. It is wide enough to give a comprehensive back support and also to cover more area as a waist trimmer. When working out on low to mid weight, this belt works great to give enough back support I need and does not jeopardize mobility, I also use it underneath by squatting belt to give me more comfort bc my squatting belt always pitches my skin.

I like this unit MUCH more than the back bravr I have. I deal with chronic pain and back (well everywhere) issues from arthritis and sitting at a desk 10hrs a day.
