Over the past five years I have tried a bunch of different compression gear. I usually wear XXL. I tried the XXL first and it flattened my chest and belly better than any other I have used. Then I tried the XL for even more compression and it worked wonders, it made me look flat and smooth. It is comfortable and doesnt restrict movement. Just be careful putting it on the first time, let the fabric stretch a bit. I will be buying more!

Works Great But Putting It On Is an Extreme Sport. I’m in my 60s and recently started dating again... The fabric is very elastic, very tight, and designed to apply uniform compression across the torso to flatten the midsection, improve posture, and smooth out love handles. And yes—it absolutely does that. Putting it on takes a bit of practice if your skin is damp, but once it’s on, the results are impressive.
